TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONTRACT ANALYZER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

CONTRACT ANALYZER IS NOT A LAW FIRM AND DOES NOT PROVIDE LEGAL ADVICE. THE SERVICE IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL LEGAL COUNSEL. THE ANALYSIS PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes to these Terms by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last Updated" date.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Contract Analyzer is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
